Performance advertising is probability search. ~5% of ads spend 10× the account median. You can't pick them — you only ship enough quality variation that the math reveals them. Hydra makes shipping sixty cheap enough to actually do.

Honest warning: the first one will be rough. That's the entire thesis — winners come from the 60th render, not the 1st. We'll text you the video in ~5 minutes (real iMessage, real video). Then if it's worth it, ship the next 59 with us.

Real Hydra outputs. Across every format.

All rendered through the engine. Every clip is captioned with the format it ran, the model it routed to, and the format's documented hit rate. Tap the { } on the hero tile to see the screenplay we fed the renderer.

The Thesis

Performance ads are a probability search.

Volume is a structural advantage. The goal isn't to predict the winner — it's to generate enough quality variation that the winner can be discovered.
5 of 100 ads. The others get almost nothing.

So the question stops being “what's the best ad?” and becomes “how do I ship the next 60?”

How Hydra Works

Concept in. Sixty renders out. The Hydra Layer is why.

Easy in, crazy out. The Hydra Layer composes your concept into a structured ad spec before any frame renders — that's where quality comes from. Model routing is plumbing.

01
Concept

Drop the concept.

URL, paragraph, brand kit, raw idea. We handle the rest.

02
The Hydra Layer

The Hydra Layer composes.

Concept → structured screenplay. Beats, cuts, dialogue, refs, anti-pattern lints — locked before a single frame renders. This is the unlock.

03
Renders

Sixty variants. Ready to ship.

Production 9:16 in minutes. Model routing handled. You just download.

The Format Library

Winning formats. One menu.

Hydra is always reading what's actually performing across Meta, Google, and TikTok — formats earn their way onto the menu when the data backs them, and get pulled when it stops. Each entry carries a documented hit rate, a target cut count, a hook taxonomy, and a kill-switch. You pick the offer; the engine picks the format.

The Model Menu

We don't pick a model. We route per shot.

World-class models — all of them. The engine routes per shot, picks the model that fits, and refuses the render if the math doesn't work. You never have to know which one ran your hook.

The Evidence

Done well, you can't tell. Done at scale, you can't fail.

In native scroll — TikTok, Reels, the feed — detection is effectively zero. Field data from media buying teams puts AI UGC at 85–110% of well-performing human UGC on CTR. So yes, the quality fight is settled. But matching humans was never the point — the point is that you can ship sixty variants this week and let the math find the winner. You can't do that with people.

The pipeline is the product. Performance ads are probability search. Sixty shots this week beats five great ones next month — every time. That's the entire argument. Everything else is a quality bar to clear, not a strategy.

Footnote — in side-by-side studies (a comparison anchor that doesn't exist in feed), detection rises sharply. Build trust on your LP, not in the ad unit.

Common Questions

Short answers, not sales.

QCan people tell it's AI?
In a side-by-side with a real photo, ~71% can. In a 2-second TikTok scroll, detection collapses to near-zero. The trust penalty fires only if detection fires. We design for the second context, not the first.
QWill my actor be consistent across cuts?
Yes — if we register the cameo.Sora 2 cameos lock identity across hundreds of renders. For one-off talent we use Runway Gen-4 References (image-driven, 1–4 ref images). The engine refuses the render if identity-lock isn't possible for your format.
QWhat if my product is software?
SaaS UI gets composited in post. The model renders the actor with a flat-color phone screen; we layer the real UI on top — pixel-perfect, readable, real. For drafts we image-condition with a screenshot and accept some drift.
QWhat about compliance? Health, finance, supplements?
The engine flags claim-language before render and blocks anti-patterns (“limited time” on cold audiences, generic claims without specifics, etc.). Final claim-review is on you — but the obvious traps don't reach render.
QHow much does one ad cost?
Draft tier: $0.50–$2 per render (Hailuo, Luma). Final tier: $5–$25 (Sora 2, Veo 3, Runway). The first one in this funnel is on us — that's how we earn the next 59.
